Blessing Rugara

Blessing Rugara is the Founder and Managing Director of Circle Capital Group. Mr. Rugara has structured and advised on over $2 billion in transactions on four different continents, advising some of the largest corporations, financial institutions, and heads of state and government. Mr. Rugara was previously a Partner in the corporate finance department of a large US based law firm, working primarily in private issuances of debt and equity, municipal bonds, corporate law and board governance. Mr. Rugara received his BA Psychology from the University of Manitoba where he served as student union president, and holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota Law School. He has served on Boards for the Legatum Centre for Development and Entrepreneurship/Sloan School of Management at MIT, Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation (ZBC), Ashbrook Holdings, and Mecene Investments.
